Every WOV garment originates in our Karachi atelier. We partner exclusively with premium international couriers to deliver your hand-embroidered pieces securely across the globe*.
Transit Timeline
The timeline initiates immediately upon order confirmation. Please note that regional holidays, transit strikes, or destination customs processing may impact exact delivery dates. If your dispatch schedule changes, we will notify you immediately with updated tracking data.
Tariffs & Payment
Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on package volumetric weight and your final destination.
We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for addresses outside of Pakistan. All international acquisitions must be secured via our encrypted online checkout prior to dispatch.
Customs & Import Duties (DDU)
All international packages are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU).
Checkout totals do not include your local import taxes. Customs policies vary strictly by country.
Customs authorities legally require us to declare the exact retail value of your garments on the exterior packaging.
Any mandatory import fees or duties will be collected directly by the courier company upon delivery to clear your package.
