Returns & Exchanges
If an item meets the following criteria and is deemed eligible within our strict 7-day post-delivery window, our atelier will facilitate the necessary corrective measures.
Eligibility Window
To qualify for an exchange, your request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your package. The garment must be in its original, undamaged packaging and form (carefully opened packages are not considered damaged), with all atelier tags strictly attached.
Refund Protocol
All approved returns will be credited exclusively in the form of a digital atelier voucher valid for future acquisitions on our website.
We strictly do not issue cash refunds. Furthermore, all promotional, clearance, and sale items are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged.
Exchange Criteria
We will facilitate an exchange if your delivered garment meets any of the following conditions:
The garment is damaged, stained, defective, or incomplete upon arrival (verified against retailer dispatch documentation).
The delivered piece does not match the specific product code or size requested in your original reservation.
Note on Sale Adjustments: If a full-price item is exchanged while it is currently on sale, the exchange will be processed at the newly discounted value.
Condition & Display Disclaimers
Garment Condition: Articles that have been worn, washed, shrunk, or altered in any way will be immediately rejected for exchange.
Visual Display: Due to variances in color monitors and the specialized lighting used during our editorial shoots, the exact color or texture of the final physical garment may vary slightly from your screen. We do not facilitate exchanges based on these slight tonal or textural variances.
