During COVID-19 Pandemic we have suspended our exchange policy. However if an item meets with the following requirement and is eligible to be claimed within 10 days of purchase/delivery, we will facilitate corrective measures.
- The product is damaged, stained, defected or incomplete upon receipt (documentation of packaging is available on Retailer’s end).
- The product delivered does not match the product code ordered.
- The product is unwashed,unscented and has not been worn or used in any way.
- The product is in its original and undamaged packing and form (careful opened package will not be considered damaged).
- The product received does not match the size ordered.
- Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund and all purchases made during a sale period are considered final.
- All refunds will be made in the form of a coupon that can be used for other purchases on our website.
