If an item meets with the following criteria and is deemed eligible within 7 days of purchase/delivery, we will facilitate corrective measures.
- The product is damaged, stained, defected or incomplete upon receiving (documentation of packaging is available on Retailer’s end).
- The product delivered does not match the product code ordered.
- The product is in its original and undamaged packing and form (carefully opened packages will not be considered damaged).
- The product size received does not match the size ordered.
- All refunds will be made in the form of a coupon that can be used for other purchases on our website. No Cash Refunds
- For an exchange all items should be in original condition with the tags and labels attached.
- No exchange of sale items, promotional, or clearance items. All sales are final.
- Articles worn/washed/shrunk/altered will not be exchanged.
- If an item/s purchased, at full price, goes on sale, the item/s will be exchanged at the discount value.
Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
