Liability & Warranty
Materials are provided on an 'as is' basis. Panache Trading Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital materials.
Order Acceptance & Delivery
Completion of the checkout process does not constitute order acceptance; a contract is only formed upon dispatch. All international deliveries are dispatched on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, and the recipient is responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes.
Deliveries require a signature; we do not deliver to PO boxes.
Orders cannot be modified or redirected once dispatched from our Karachi facility.
We reserve the right to split orders or cancel due to pricing errors or inventory unavailability.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to, strikes, civil commotion, natural disasters, or telecommunications failures. Performance obligations will be suspended for the duration of such events.
